Materials required:

  • A new wheel compatible with your suitcase
  • Compatible screws
  • A suitable screwdriver

Steps :

  • Step 1: Identify the roulette type and find a new roulette wheel

Identify the case model and contact our after-sales service to find a replacement caster and the appropriate screws.

  • Step 2: Prepare your workspace

Place your suitcase on a stable, clean surface where you can work comfortably. If possible, work on a surface that won’t scratch or damage your suitcase.

  • Step 3: Open the suitcase

Open your case and remove all contents for easy access to the inside of the shell where the caster is attached.

  • Step 4: Access the caster compartment

Our suitcases have an inner lining that conceals the wheel fixings. This lining is attached by zips. Open it gently to access the caster area.

  • Step 5: Remove the damaged caster

Use the screwdriver to remove the screws holding the caster in place. Remove the caster from its slot.

  • Step 6: Install the new caster

Position the new caster and secure it with the appropriate screws. Make sure everything is tight and the caster turns freely.

  • Step 7: Close the inner liner

Close the zip.

  • Step 8: Test the new caster

Close the case and roll it to test its functionality and stability.

Additional tips

Keep all small parts in a container to avoid losing them during repair.
