Conditions of use and sale<\/h1><\/div>

These general conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. In this sense, the buyer is deemed to accept them without reservation. The seller and the buyer agree that these general conditions exclusively govern their relationship. The seller reserves the right to modify its general conditions from time to time. They will be applicable as soon as they are put online.
\nThe purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered on the Site.<\/p>\n

1. Content<\/strong>
\nAirtex makes every effort to update the information presented on the site. However, it is not impossible that errors are present on the Site. Thus, the information published on this site may contain inaccuracies or typing errors. The dimensions and volumes of the products are given approximately. Likewise, we cannot guarantee that the color of the product on your screen will accurately reflect the color of the product when delivered.<\/p>\n

2. Price<\/strong>
\nThe price of the products invoiced is that displayed on the Site when the order is confirmed. This price will be confirmed on the order confirmation email.
\nAll prices are in euros, VAT included, and excluding shipping charges.<\/p>\n

3. Sales Agreement<\/strong>
\nThe sale will only be committed after the dispatch confirmation email has been sent.
\nOur products are offered within the limits of available stocks. You will be informed as soon as possible in case of unavailability.
\nAirtex reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. A refusal may be issued in particular in the following cases:
\n– if the product is not available
\n-if your billing information is incorrect or not verifiable;
\n– if the security systems report your order as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
\n-if your payment\/reservation by bank transfer is not received in time;
\n-if we have reason to believe that you have not reached the age of 18;
\n-if we have reason to believe that you are a reseller;
\n– in case of error on the price indicated
\n– if we cannot deliver to the address you have indicated;<\/p>\n

4. Delivery<\/strong>
\nWe will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the time indicated. All goods are shipped from Airtex warehouses. If your order is not delivered within the time indicated, please contact us mentioning the order number.
\nDelivery costs are offered from 60\u20ac of purchases throughout France.<\/p>\n

5. Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
\nAirtex aims to ensure the satisfaction of all our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return items ordered within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns are possible provided that the products have not been used, that they are complete (original label, accessories, warranty), and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer in the event of withdrawal.
\nIn the event of non-compliance with these conditions, the returned products will not be refunded.
\nTo proceed with the return of a product, please contact us by email specifying the reasons for this return, the invoice of the product, as well as the order number.<\/p>\n

6. Defective Products<\/strong>
\nUpon delivery, please check the conformity of the products ordered. In the event of problems related to the delivery or the products received, you must declare it by email, indicating the nature of the damage or the error as soon as possible.
\nIn the event of a manufacturing defect or error on delivery, all costs relating to the return of the products will be borne by Airtex.<\/p>\n

7. Warranty<\/strong>
\nAirtex strives to design products that meet the highest standards. However, if a manufacturing defect occurs on one of our Airtex Products, we undertake to proceed with the repair or replacement of the Product in accordance with the general conditions of the guarantee.
\nThe Airtex warranty covers manufacturing defects as well as the replacement of parts recognized as defective by Airtex such as the pull handle, rollers and code locks.
